A well established and fast growing, dynamic national multihousing vendor/supplier is seeking a driven and enthusiastic professional to fill the position of Regional Sales Executive in Houston This SuperStar will be responsible for the promotion, relationships, sales penetration and growth of company products and services to defined vertical markets geographies and/or companies for Houston. This SuperStar will be expected to participate as a team member in complex national account program and execution while developing and maintaining customer relationships to penetrate and determine new opportunities to grow sales, provide better service and strengthen the relationship. Must have 5+ years of outside sales experience in the multihousing industry. You will be selling a service that generates ancillary income to the properties—with no national competitors. Vice President Property Management / Business Development Manager… Primary Responsibilities Include: Proactively solicit current book of 3rd party fee management multifamily contracts as well as identify new fee management opportunities, pursue and close their business. Conduct extensive presentations to high-level corporate executives to explain benefits of new fee management services. Competently establish sound business relationships with new fee management owners, business partners and real estate professionals on a national basis. Provide strategic oversight of client direct marketing program. Independently research, identify and approach qualified 3rd party fee contract opportunities through extensive market research and data mining. Present qualified opportunities to the Executive Team (CEO, and President). Primarily this is a business development position with operations as secondary.

This company requires a minimum of seven years of experience in the 3rd party fee management apartment industry with an emphasis on new 3rd party fee management business development. Candidates must have an existing book of units of 3rd party multifamily fee management owner clientele that can be brought on board quickly; a thorough knowledge and fee management contacts in the apartment market combined with Strong organizational and communication skills with effective time management skills and senior level multifamily property management experience. Compensation: Base of $100,000.00 to $180,000.00 + Bonus based on new units under contract + Healthcare + Benefits. Telecommute, National United States.
