Vice President Property Management / Business Development Manager… Primary Responsibilities Include: Proactively solicit current book of 3rd party fee management multifamily contracts as well as identify new fee management opportunities, pursue and close their business. Conduct extensive presentations to high-level corporate executives to explain benefits of new fee management services. Competently establish sound business relationships with new fee management owners, business partners and real estate professionals on a national basis. Provide strategic oversight of client direct marketing program.
